Qualifications

• Prior experience in a leadership or management role.
• Strong P&L and operations knowledge (food, labor, service times, customer satisfaction).
• Ability to hire, train, and retain high-performing teams.
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Run Great Shifts & Deliver Operational Excellence (50%) across store performance, sales, service, and safety.
• Hire, Train, and Grow a Winning Team (30%) incl. hiring, onboarding, coaching, and retention.
• Champion Safety & Compliance (10%) with food safety and incident reporting.
• Deliver a Great Guest Experience (5%) by making customers feel welcome and cared for.
• Use Tech to Win (5%) by adopting and training on new systems and tools.
