Domino's is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations of a single store in Tomball, TX. You will provide leadership, manage staff, ensure food safety and profitability, and foster an inclusive, engaged team culture.

Responsibilities include implementing procedures, controlling costs, recruiting and developing employees, and delivering exceptional customer service while leveraging technology and meeting brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards preferred.
