The role requires at least 1 year of GM experience in a fast-paced service environment, with strong customer service skills and the ability to manage costs and personnel. Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS) and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of a single Domino’s store.
• Provide overall leadership and supervision over store operations.
