Domino's Team BAM! in Aransas Pass, TX is seeking a General Manager to lead daily store operations and drive results while supporting and developing the team. The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and maintaining brand standards.

You will be responsible for managing costs, scheduling, training, and creating a positive environment that delivers high guest satisfaction and sustainable profitability for the store.

Formación

• Prior management or similar leadership experience is required.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Fast food/quick service experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results including cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
• Recruit, develop, and retain staff team members.
• Manage food safety and team member safety.
• Provide best in class customer service.
