Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of GM experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Ability to understand and apply operations procedures and cost management.
• Experience recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Lead team members and enforce food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record preferred.
