Ace Hardware is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service in our local community. You will manage a motivated team, uphold brand standards, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Hardware/home improvement experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage store financials including payroll and inventory.
• Experience with POS and basic financial reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily store operations and ensure standards.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop associates to deliver service and performance.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets through customer service, product knowledge, and merchandising.
• Manage store financial performance including sales, payroll, expenses, and inventory.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked, priced, displayed, and maintained.
• Monitor inventory, receiving, ordering, and loss prevention.
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming store environment.
• Lead by example and foster a positive, accountable team culture.
