Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years as a General Manager
• Proven track record of leading diverse teams
• Experience with inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times
• Manage staffing needs through effective recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of team members
• Maintain strict cost controls, inventory management, and cash handling procedures to maximize profitability and minimize waste
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and operational benchmarks
• Foster positive customer relations by ensuring exceptional service delivery and addressing customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Schedule staff efficiently while accommodating individual needs and maintaining service excellence
• Maintain store cleanliness, equipment functionality, and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive customer engagement and brand awareness
• Lead by example, demonstrating integrity, accountability, and a commitment to company values
