Job summary

Domino's Pizza is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily store operations, provide leadership, and ensure profitability and food safety at a busy Domino’s location. The GM will manage teams, implement company standards, and drive exceptional customer service while promoting a safe and inclusive work environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of GM experience in a fast-paced service setting, strong cost management skills, and a proven ability to recruit, develop staff, and lead teams

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year GM experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Demonstrates cost management capabilities.
• Experience recruiting, retaining and developing staff.
• Leads and promotes team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Operates and troubleshoots technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record preferred.
