The GM will guide a diverse team, recruit top talent, implement brand strategies, and maintain strong financial controls while delivering profitable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 3-5+ years of fast-paced retail management experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reports, managing payroll budgets, controlling expenses.
• Retail management: monitoring inventory, operational excellence, merchandising directives.
• Leadership management: attracting, developing, and motivating top talent, leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet/store goals in sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line growth.
• Use schedules and payroll budgets to maximize productivity and meet targets.
• Address issues from financial/operational reporting and audits to reach store goals.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product benefits to better serve guests.
• Ensure attendance policy is followed and teams are accountable.
