Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet or exceed goals for sales, guest loyalty, payroll, and store performance.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and expense control.
• Oversee scheduling to maximize productivity while meeting payroll budgets.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service.
• Develop and coach store leadership and staff through ongoing training and feedback.
