Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of GM experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a single Domino's store.
• Provide leadership and supervision to achieve standards, profitability and food safety.
• Lead a team and ensure excellent customer service.
• Operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
