The role requires 5+ years in furniture sales management, a proven track record in high-volume retail, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to recruit and retain top talent while meeting revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in furniture sales management.
• Proven success in high-volume, commission-based retail environments.
• Strong leadership with experience managing 10+ associates.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time-management abilities.
• Self-motivated, quick learner able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Proficient with technology, including iPads/tablets and basic math.
• Willingness to work a flexible 40+ hour schedule, including nights and weekends.

• Own and drive sales performance in a store with 10+ consultants.
