Responsibilities

• Prepare the store for business and complete closing tasks.
• Maintain store appearance and organized displays.
• Coach employees to uphold high standards of conduct.
• Lead a customer-centric and engaged team.
• Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure timely follow-through.
• Help manage employee scheduling to keep the store staffed.
