Job summary

Under Armour is hiring a Sales Keyholder to support store leaders by driving sales, coaching teammates, and maintaining high energy on every shift. This role serves as a stepping stone into leadership, with responsibilities spanning customer service, product knowledge, and daily store operations.

You will help lead a selling culture, manage loss prevention, and ensure merchandise standards are met in a fast-paced retail environment. Excellent communication and a team-first attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1+ year of retail/customer service experience.
• Local language fluency; basic English considered a plus.
• Flexible schedule availability (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Knowledge of store operations, visual merchandising, stockroom, risk management & safety.
• Advanced selling experience and strong industry understanding.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and drive sales.
• Lead a selling culture and enhance the customer experience.
• Coach, train and support teammates to achieve goals.
• Open and close the store when needed and manage daily operations.
• Assist in loss prevention, safety, and audit processes.
• Maintain neat, stocked, and well-organized selling floors.
• Communicate effectively with athletes, teammates, and leadership.
• Support in achieving retail/KPI targets and scheduling as needed.
