Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; two-four years retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a customer-focused team in a retail environment.
• Proficient with a computerized POS system and basic store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model a customer-first culture across all roles.
• Manage shifts, payroll, and budgeting to meet monthly targets.
• Coach and train staff; drive performance through feedback and reviews.
• Communicate daily sales goals and monitor progress with the team.
• Ensure staffing levels and mentored talent pipelines to support store goals.
