Job summary

TJ Maxx in Pearland, TX is seeking a dedicated team member to maintain a clean store environment, focusing on floor care with scrubber and buffer operation. You will dust, mop, sweep, vacuum, and spot-clean glass, while upholding safety and loss-prevention standards.

You’ll collaborate with store teams, support Front End coverage, and adapt to various areas of the store as needed to meet business goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintains all floor care cleanliness standards and operates scrubber and buffer
• Performs cleaning tasks including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows
• Cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs
• Adheres to health, safety, and labor policies and loss prevention guidelines
• Communicates effectively with management and Associates
• Supports Front End coverage and merchandising standards
