The TJ Maxx store in Orangeburg, SC is hiring for a store associate focused on floor care and general cleaning. You will operate floor scrubbers, buffers, dust mop, and maintain cleanliness across sales floor, back areas, and restrooms in line with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care.
• Operate the scrubber and buffer, dust mop, damp mop, sweep and vacuum.
• Dust and clean glass and windows and ensure safe, clean restrooms and lounge areas.
• Follow health and safety policies and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to support multiple areas of the store as needed.
• Communicate accurately with management and associates.
