• Strong communication skills: verbal and written.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment and operate floor care equipment.
• Cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Adhere to health, safety, and loss prevention standards and company policies.
• Assist and support Front End coverage and store recovery as needed.
• Uphold merchandising standards and signage.
• Communicate effectively with management and associates.
