Marshalls in Lewisville, TX is looking for a store associate to maintain a clean, organized store environment and assist in multiple areas as needed. You will operate floor care equipment, support safety standards, and contribute to a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Operate scrubber and buffer; perform floor care.
• Dust mop, mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot clean glass and windows.
• Support store operations and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to assist in multiple store areas.
• Respond to Front End coverage needs, adhere to merchandising standards.
• Follow safety and labor policies; participate in safety awareness.
