Job summary

Marshalls in Indianapolis is seeking a dedicated team member to maintain a clean, organized store environment with a focus on floor care. You will operate the floor scrubber and buffer, perform mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and window cleaning while upholding safety and loss prevention standards.

You will be cross-trained to assist in multiple areas, support Front End coverage, and contribute to a positive store culture through reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and run floor buffer and scrubber.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Strong communication skills: verbal and written.
• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate scrubber and buffer to maintain floor cleanliness.
• Dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and window cleaning.
• Follow health and safety standards and loss prevention controls.
• Cross-train in multiple store areas to support business needs.
• Support Front End coverage and store recovery as needed.
• Communicate effectively with management and associates.
