Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Maintains floor care cleanliness and operates scrubber/buffer.
• Performs dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting and window cleaning.
• Ensures compliance with health and safety policies including restrooms and lounge items.
• Cross-trained in other store areas to support business needs.
• Responds to front-end coverage needs and maintains merchandising signage standards.
• Contributes to store recovery and maintains loss prevention controls.
