Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Leads and Coordinators for planning and execution of store fixture installations and capital projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high customer service.
• Manage project bid process: vendor selection, bid analysis, contract awards.
• Develop annual store capital budgets and monthly forecasts; provide spend analysis as needed.
• Travel to Ross stores to oversee fixture delivery and project execution.
• Develop and manage vendor relationships, training, and performance.
