Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative for flexible, student-friendly schedules with no prior experience required. You will complete assigned projects in stores, supported by an initial training program.

The role offers a guaranteed minimum compensation with upside tied to productivity and performance. As a part-time team member, you will receive identity theft protection, 401k with match, and flexible scheduling to support study commitments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid drivers license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
