RDSolutions seeks a Field Representative to support flexible schedules for college students. No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided.

This part-time role offers productivity-based compensation with a guaranteed minimum and potential upside as you complete projects for the company. You will work in assigned store environments, with a casual dress code and a focus on A.R.T = Accountability, Respect, Trust.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with the ability to download the pricing app and receive work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand throughout the shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store refrigerators/freezers for certain projects.
