Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative to support store-based projects with flexible schedules and no experience required. This role is ideal for college students or those seeking part-time hours while keeping grades a priority.

You will complete assignments within store hours, receive training, and earn a guaranteed minimum compensation with upside as you perform. You’ll enjoy paid drive time, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities to learn and develop with the company.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with pricing app and ability to receive work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store refrigerators/freezers.
