Job summary

Hillside Honda in the United States is seeking a certified auto technician to join our service department. You will perform repairs and diagnostics on vehicles, following dealership policies and warranty guidelines, and communicate with the Service Advisor to inform customers of needed services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an auto technician.
• Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies.
• Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; test drive vehicles.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor so customers are informed if any additional service is needed; complete online inspection report.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
