Job summary

Pilotcompany in Grand Forks is seeking a motivated maintenance/cleaning associate to uphold cleanliness across the travel center. You will perform restroom and facility cleaning, towel handling, and general store upkeep, while ensuring guest satisfaction.

The role requires ability to lift 50 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Prior similar experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated self-starters.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in a similar position (preferred).
• Knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to fix small problems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store.
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities.
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers.
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store.
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
