Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Mason, OH is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to keep floors, seating areas, restrooms, and back offices clean and safe while upholding store standards and procedures. You will support teams with cleaning projects and perform minor repairs.

No prior retail experience is required; you must be able to lift 50 pounds, stand 6-8 hours per shift, and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Wage range starting at $16/hour with Whole Benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent maintenance service.
• Performs all duties on the daily and weekly maintenance lists.
• Supports all teams with cleaning projects.
• Performs minor repairs and improvements.
• Participates in ordering supplies required for store maintenance.
• Helps with cleaning emergencies.
• Maintains store landscaping and parking lot.
• Performs continual cleaning of all store departments.
• Arrives on time, groomed, and ready to work; attends required trainings and meetings.
• Reports safety hazards and violations.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
