Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales and Store Support team member to help customers find items, keep aisles tidy, and ensure displays are up to date. You will stock shelves, balance pricing, and assist in backroom organization across multiple departments.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment with a weekly pay cycle and inclusive benefits. Training is provided to use store equipment safely.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (18 years of age or older, depending on role requirements)
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate items and answer questions to support a quick shopping experience
• Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming across departments
• Stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing or signage, and maintain backroom organization
• Maintain availability of products and quality displays throughout the shift
• Move between tasks and departments to stay engaged in a fast-paced environment
