Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of supervisory/management experience in retail, with 2+ years in a Store Manager role.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain a full store team and hold individuals accountable.
• Ability to forecast trends and analyze business data to maximize store performance.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Model brand culture and ensure associates adhere to policies and procedures.

• Lead merchandising and visual standards to optimize product placement.
