Job summary

The Coca-Cola Store in Atlanta is hiring a Lead Retail Ambassador to support store operations and stand out in guest service. You will assist with POS transactions, cash handling, and opening/closing processes while maintaining store standards throughout your shift.

The role is full-time with an average of 40 hours per week; candidates must work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours between 8am and midnight. Drug screen and background check are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Supervisory experience is advantageous.
• Must pass drug screening and background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests; stock, stage and transport merchandise as needed.
• Handle cash, refunds and POS transactions with accuracy.
• Follow opening/closing checklists and SOPs; maintain store standards.
• Coordinate shifts and coverage with managers on duty.
• Deliver outstanding guest service and support ambassador team morale.
