Job summary

Michaels in Topeka, KS is seeking a store team member to maintain a clean, organized shopping environment and deliver friendly customer service. This role includes cleaning duties, restocking, and assisting customers on the floor while supporting checkout operations.

You will also help customers enroll in Rewards and Private Label Credit Card programs and assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store. Shifts may include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standard.
• Assist customers with rewards enrollments and private label card programs.
• Support omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain store cleanliness including dusting, damp mopping and deep cleaning key areas.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
