Job summary

Michaels NWK-EDGEWATER, NJ store is hiring a team member to maintain store cleanliness, assist customers, and support day-to-day operations. You will help shoppers find products, engage with rewards programs, and ensure a friendly, efficient checkout experience.

Qualifications

• Preferred Type of experience the job requires.
• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fast and friendly check out experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on benefits of Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
