You will help shape the store’s success, assist with sales, inventory, and merchandising, and contribute to our growth in a fast-paced retail environment. Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotions, and targets.
• Participate in inventory, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment, and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and operational goals while following health and safety policies.
• Take on additional duties and projects as required.
