The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to support daily store operations and deliver excellent customer experiences in Boston. You will shape store success, drive sales, and assist with inventory, merchandising, and promotions.

The role requires a customer-centric mindset, strong communication, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is needed; basic math and POS familiarity are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Customer-centric with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Positive attitude, reliability and work ethic.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities
