Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Store Associate to join our Newark-area team. You will contribute to daily operations, help deliver an exceptional shopping experience, and support store growth through effective product presentation and customer engagement.

You'll participate in inventory and visual merchandising, assist with promotions, and work with teammates to meet sales goals while maintaining a high standard of customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities
