Signet Jewelers Limited is seeking a Program Manager for Store Experience & Activation to transform strategic initiatives into scalable, enduring programs across stores and field leadership. The role partners with the Manager/Senior Manager to sustain and optimize programs that drive member and customer value.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in program management within a corporate retail setting, with strong execution, analytics, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in program management or related functions.
• Experience in corporate retail store operations support.
• Ability to manage multiple programs in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project and program management, planning and stakeholder skills.
• Proven ability to translate strategic concepts into practical frontline solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to turn launched initiatives into scalable programs delivering long-term value.
• Oversee lifecycle of programs including planning, sustainment, measurement, and optimization.
• Improve day-to-day store team and leader experiences through program design.
• Create and maintain field playbooks, guides, and communications for deployment.
• Collaborate with Operations, Learning & Development, Marketing, and other partners to ensure alignment.
• Collect feedback and develop insights to measure and improve program performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure consistent program execution.
