Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking a Program Manager for Store Experience & Activation to transform strategic initiatives into sustainable, scalable programs across our store network.

The role partners with the Manager/Senior Manager to drive sustainment, evolution, and optimization of programs affecting team members and customers. You will balance field needs with brand standards and operational realities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; business, retail management, communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional program management, operations, or retail strategy experience.
• Experience in a corporate retail environment supporting store operations.
• Ability to manage multiple programs in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and process improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Sustain and evolve launched initiatives into scalable programs delivering long-term value.
• Evaluate materials, tools, training, and processes; evolve into evergreen resources for field execution.
• Own program health, relevance, and effectiveness to meet objectives and field needs.
• Establish governance, metrics, and continuous improvement for adoption and performance.
• Develop frameworks to scale programs across the organization.
• Monitor performance and recommend enhancements to improve execution and impact.
• Serve as primary steward of programs, balancing consistency with evolving requirements.
• Manage lifecycle from planning to optimization with regular performance reviews.
• Support field teams and leadership through playbooks, guides, and resources.
• Collaborate with Operations, Learning & Development, Brand Marketing, and other stakeholders.
