Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of college preferred.
• At least 3 years of retail sales experience, or 2 years retail sales experience plus 1 year retail management.
• Diamond Council of America (DCA) certification preferred.
• Advanced communication skills; proficient with MS Office and related tools.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations to meet sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, inventory control and brand representation.
• Coach and develop the store team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and People First environment.
• Ensure effective inventory control, merchandise presentation and execution of store visuals and marketing programs.
• Schedule and manage opening/closing shifts, balancing staffing with sales requirements and customer traffic.
• Maintain operational standards, staff development, and adherence to company policies.
