Store - HSTN-KATY/NORTH, TX

Maintain a high standard of overall look and feel of the store, including cleanliness and recovery standards, to deliver our Brand Promises. Provide friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping and finding products.

1. Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures.
2. Dust and damp mop floors following approved procedures.
3. Move equipment and products for cleaning and return products to proper placement.
4. Clean assigned areas with appropriate materials and equipment, including mixing water and detergents as needed.
5. Deep clean key areas such as bathrooms, breakrooms, entryways, and high traffic zones to ensure a safe, clean environment.
6. Keep cleaning equipment organized; notify supervisor of supply needs.
7. Identify areas needing cleaning and complete tasks proactively.
8. Complete all tasks assigned by supervisor following safety and compliance guidelines.
9. Maintain respectful interactions with team members and customers, embodying the organization’s values.
10. Project a positive image and serve as a role model.

Other duties may include:

• Provide efficient checkout experiences and handle cash accurately.
• Engage customers about Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, assisting with enrollments.
• Support Omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram setup.
• Support shrink and safety initiatives.
• Follow SOPs and company policies to ensure legal compliance.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

• Stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and perform bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching.
• Lift heavy objects and use equipment like ladders.
• Work may include outdoor activities and climate-controlled or non-controlled environments.
• Use of cleaning chemicals and equipment is required.

• Must meet federal, state, and local legal requirements.
• Minimum age 16 years old.
