Store - HSTN-CONROE, TX (1324)

Maintain a high standard of overall look and feel of the store, including cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises. Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping and locating products.

Responsibilities include:

1. Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures.
2. Dust and damp mop floors following approved procedures.
3. Move equipment and products for cleaning and ensure proper placement.
4. Clean assigned areas with appropriate materials and equipment, including mixing water and detergents as needed.
5. Deep clean key areas such as bathrooms, breakrooms, entryways, and high traffic zones to maintain safety and cleanliness.
6. Keep cleaning equipment organized and notify supervisors for supply needs.
7. Identify areas requiring cleaning and take initiative to complete tasks.
8. Complete all tasks assigned by supervisors, adhering to all relevant guidelines and laws.
9. Maintain positive interactions with team members and customers, serving as a role model.

Additional duties may include:

• Providing a friendly checkout experience and executing cash handling procedures.
• Engaging customers about Rewards programs and Private Label Credit Cards, completing enrollments.
• Supporting omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.
• Participating in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Supporting shrink and safety programs.
• Adhering to SOPs and company policies for compliance.

Preferred skills and experience:

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Physical requirements and work environment:

• Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and perform bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching.
• Ability to lift heavy items and access high shelves with equipment.
• Work may include outdoor tasks and work during nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Applicants must meet legal requirements and be at least 16 years old.
