Job Location

Store - FALMOUTH, MA

Responsibilities

1. Maintain a high standard of overall look and feel of the store, including cleanliness and recovery standards.
2. Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping and locating products.
3. Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures.
4. Dust and damp mop floors; move equipment and products for cleaning, and replace items correctly.
5. Deep clean key areas such as bathrooms, breakrooms, and high traffic zones to ensure safety and cleanliness.
6. Keep cleaning equipment organized and notify supervisors of supply needs.
7. Take initiative to identify areas needing cleaning and complete assigned tasks.
8. Perform tasks in compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines.
9. Maintain positive interactions with team members and customers, serving as a role model.

Additional Duties

• Provide efficient checkout experiences, including cash handling.
• Engage customers about Rewards programs and Credit Cards, assisting with enrollments.
• Support Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Support shrink and safety initiatives.
• Follow SOPs and company policies to ensure legal compliance.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and perform bending, lifting, and reaching.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladders.

Work Environment

• Public retail setting, climate-controlled areas, some outdoor work, and work hours including nights, weekends, and early mornings.
