Store - PROV-SEEKONK, MA

Overview

Maintain a high standard of overall look and feel of the store, including cleanliness and recovery standards, to deliver our Brand Promises. Provide friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping, and help them find what they’re looking for.

Responsibilities

1. Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures.
2. Dust and damp mop floors following approved procedures.
3. Move equipment and products for cleaning and return products to correct placement.
4. Clean assigned areas with appropriate materials and equipment, including preparing cleaning solutions as needed.
5. Deep clean key areas such as bathrooms, breakrooms, entryways, and high traffic zones.
6. Keep cleaning equipment organized; notify supervisor of supply needs.
7. Identify areas needing cleaning and proactively complete tasks.
8. Complete all tasks assigned by supervisor, adhering to federal, state, and local guidelines.
9. Maintain positive interactions with team members and customers, representing the organization’s values.
10. Project a positive image and serve as a role model for team members.

Additional Duties

• Provide quick and friendly checkout experiences, including cash handling.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Credit Cards, completing enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes such as BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and company policies to ensure compliance.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

• Stand for long periods.
• Move throughout the store, including bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching.
• Lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladders or similar equipment.
• Work may include outdoor tasks and working nights, weekends, or early mornings.
• Use of standard cleaning chemicals and supplies.
