Michaels is hiring for a store role in Augusta, GA focused on maintaining the store’s cleanliness and delivering our brand promises. You will help customers shop the store, assist with rewards enrollments, and support omni-channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store.

Responsibilities include cleaning duties, cashier-related tasks, stock and planogram support, and adhering to store policies.

Competenze

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver brand promises.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standards.
• Assist customers with rewards program enrollments and omni-channel processes (BOPIS, Ship from Store).
• Support truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies.
