Michaels is hiring at our Boston area store to maintain a high standard of cleanliness, assist customers, and support store operations. As a Store Associate, you will help customers find products, handle checkout duties, and participate in receiving, stocking and planogram tasks.

We offer a dynamic team environment, flexible shifts including nights and weekends, and opportunities to grow within a national retailer. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and able to comply with store policies.

Competenze

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Lifting heavy boxes and using ladders to reach high shelves.

Mansioni

• Maintain a high standard of store cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist customers in finding products.
• Engage in omni-channel processes and assist with checkout tasks.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram processes.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies.
