What is a Store Driver?

An entry-level store position responsible for delivering parts to commercial customers and supporting store tasks and inventory processes. The role can be part-time or full-time and requires fleet safety certification.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Safely deliver parts to customers
  • Pick and stage parts for orders
  • Handle returns and cores
  • Distribute sales flyers weekly/monthly
  • Collect credit payments daily
Secondary Responsibilities
  • Maintain store cleanliness
  • Stock shelves and truck back stock
Success Factors
  • Basic driving and navigation skills
  • Proficiency with delivery systems
  • Friendly communication
  • Ability to locate and stock parts
  • Knowledge of safety procedures

Preferred Experience

Work Environment

Primarily indoor work, with occasional outdoor tasks in various weather conditions. Exposure to moving mechanical parts, chemicals, and noise is possible.
