Job summary

Jubilee Ministries is seeking a Store Associate to provide excellent customer service at the store and dock. You will operate the register, assist with donations, and help keep the space organized and welcoming.

Join a mission-driven team with daily prayer, devotions, and a commitment to the Gospel. Schedule is Monday–Saturday with flexible hours in the 8:00 am–8:00 pm window, compensation at $15.00/hour for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the store and dock.
• Operate the register as scheduled.
• Resolve customer concerns and returns with management support.
• Assist in opening/closing the store and dock as instructed.
• Keep shelves neat and displays attractive; maintain clean store and dock.
• Process donations per policy.
• Assist with loading/unloading purchases and donations.
• Attend staff meetings and team-building activities.
• Model Jubilee's Mission, Core Values, and Employee Code of Conduct.
