Coborn's, Inc. is seeking a Store Director in Mitchell, SD to oversee all facets of store operations, including purchasing, merchandising, pricing, freshness, housekeeping, and safety programs. This role drives performance, ensures policy adherence, and leads cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, employee-owned environment.

The Store Director will develop policies, set priorities, and communicate expectations across all levels, supporting growth and community impact within Coborn's network.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all phases of store operations.
• Direct and coordinate ordering, merchandising, pricing, freshness, housekeeping, food safety and safety programs.
• Develops and implements organization policies and goals, and accountability for providing direction, focus, establishing priorities and communicating expectations to all levels of company individuals.
