Maverik, Inc. is seeking a Store Director Trainee in Williams, AZ. You will undergo a 6-week training program with hourly pay ($32.00/hr - $37.00/hr) during training and transition to a salaried Store Director role upon successful completion.

Responsibilities include succession planning, coaching, and driving store performance, with focus on safety, customer service, and P&L management. Eligible for a bonus program and comprehensive benefits upon advancement.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle financial management, including P&L, budgets, and business plans.
• Experience or willingness to learn in recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Commitment to safety, customer service, and operational efficiency.
• ServeSafe Certification: Currently certified or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Succession and workforce planning: manage recruitment, hiring, training, performance expectations, coaching, and termination decisions.
• Training and development: ensure delivery of all Company training programs.
• Safety and security: protect team members, customers, and vendors.
• P&L management: collaborate on business plans and budgets.
• Implement Company initiatives and enhance customer experience.
• Lead store team to implement best practices and improve productivity.
• Food Service: engage initiatives to maximize sales and control waste; ServeSafe certified or willing to obtain.
• Drive a customer-centric culture through processes and communications.
