The pay range is $104,000.00 - $208,000.00

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience, and certifications. You lead a team with one purpose: to help all families discover the joy of everyday life. You develop leaders who care about their teams, guests, and each other. You lead a team of experts, advocates, and consultants passionate about ensuring guests get what they came for (plus a little more) every time they shop at Target.   1. Managing a large team of hourly team members and leaders, including leaders of leaders
  2. Recruiting, selecting, talent management, and planning across all store departments
  3. Building a guest-first culture with fundamentals of guest service
  4. Understanding retail business financials like payroll, profit and loss, and driving sales growth
  5. Creating store-specific strategies and managing your team to deliver results
  6. Understanding sales trends, inventory management, shopping patterns, pricing, and promotions
  7. Setting and planning quarterly business priorities and managing team to meet sales goals
  8. Making business decisions based on market competition, guest insights, and feedback

Typical responsibilities include:

Further responsibilities involve owning store operations, driving efficiency, safety, sales, leveraging reports for decision-making, managing safety and security, and ensuring compliance. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times.
